  1. It's 1 cup of ragi.
  2. You need 1/4 cup of Urad dal.
  3. You need 2 tbsp of raw rice.
  4. You need 1/2 tbsp of fenugreek seeds.
  5. It's 1 bunch of corriander stem.
  6. It's 2 strand of curry leafs.
  7. Prepare 2 of green chili.
  8. It's Pinch of Cumin seeds.
  9. You need of Salt as per taste.

  1. Soak Ragi, Urad dal, Raw rice, fenugreek seeds for 3-4 hours..
  2. Mix them all and keep aside for 12 hours for formentation..
  3. Once it is formentated add salt as per your taste..
  4. Then preapre a flower shape dosa..
  5. For Green chutney,take the stem of corriander leaves,little amount of curry leaf, green chili, cumin seeds for digestion and salt..
  6. Just fry baby onions with little amount of urad dal and curry leaf, if u like to enhance the taste..
