- It's 1 cup of ragi.
- You need 1/4 cup of Urad dal.
- You need 2 tbsp of raw rice.
- You need 1/2 tbsp of fenugreek seeds.
- It's 1 bunch of corriander stem.
- It's 2 strand of curry leafs.
- Prepare 2 of green chili.
- It's Pinch of Cumin seeds.

- Soak Ragi, Urad dal, Raw rice, fenugreek seeds for 3-4 hours..
- Mix them all and keep aside for 12 hours for formentation..
- Once it is formentated add salt as per your taste..
- Then preapre a flower shape dosa..
- For Green chutney,take the stem of corriander leaves,little amount of curry leaf, green chili, cumin seeds for digestion and salt..
- Just fry baby onions with little amount of urad dal and curry leaf, if u like to enhance the taste..
