- Mix those rice flour & Urad daal powder, salt & soda together....make a paste. Divided equally into two bowls..
- Grated carrot n make a paste. Mix it with half better..
- Greased the bowls with ghee. At first poured the plain better then poured egg...at the end covered it with carrot better..
- Cooked for 20-25 minutes into steamer & served with coconut coriander chutney..
